In this digital era, the attention given to customers is a priority to generate value for the products and services offered. Therefore, providing the best communication possibilities through various channels is a plus; you will achieve that with Zendesk.

If you want to enjoy the services with Zendesk, register for free for 15 days. After signing up and subscribing to a plan, you can access administrative and billing options. The default billing cycle is monthly, although you can set it yearly.

Although you can suspend payments with Zendesk and cancel your services at any time, you should be aware that the subscription will be active until the end of the billing cycle.

Steps to Take Before Cancelling

Before canceling your account with Zendesk, please note:

  • Pricing adjustments for cancellations apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Product and account cancellations are subject to the General Subscription Agreement.
  • It will not be possible to cancel individual products in a Zendesk Suite account for Simplified Pricing and Packaging (SPP) accounts, but you can contact support to downgrade.

What Happens to Your Account When You Close It

When you close your Zendesk account or cancel one or more products in one account, the Support Suite pricing will no longer be valid. Similarly, if you delete Support or Chat, you can cancel your Zendesk account because these are Tier 1 products, which serve as the foundation for the other products.
