Log in to Zendesk
Click on the Zendesk product icon, the four-square icon in the top bar, then select the “Admin Center” option.
Select the billing icon, then “Subscription,” to see which plan you are currently enrolled in.
To access the basic subscriptions, select the “Basic Subscriptions” option.
Select “Manage” to access the basic subscriptions and then “Delete products or Cancel account.” This option is available at the bottom of the page.
If your account is old, click on the “Cancellations” option at the bottom of the page.
Select “Delete” and click on all the products you wish to cancel.
