After you have canceled your subscription to Coupa, you will not be privy to any of the business-related data that comes integrated with the subscription. 

So, before you cancel your subscription to Coupa’s services, keep these things in mind:

  • You can cancel the subscription to Coupa’s services at any time you want.
  • User memberships will automatically renew for subsequent periods of one year until either party gives the other notification of non-renewal.
  • After the date of cancelation of the subscription termination, the user will have a period of 60 days to collect any data.
  • Coupa shall offer transition services to support the proper and complete transition of the Customer Data to Customer if the customer opts to purchase transition services following termination of the subscription.
  • The user is still responsible for any fees that have accumulated or are due to Coupa prior to the effective date of cancellation.

What Happens to Your Account When You Close It

When you cancel your Coupa account, you will forfeit any rights to use the services of Coupa and also lose all the data that is associated with the account. However, Coupa provides a service for the users to download customer data within 60 days of the cancellation date.
