Steps to Take Before Cancelling

Once you cancel your subscription to Bill.com, you will lose all the data related to your account, so keep the following things in mind before unsubscribing. 

  • Bill.com allows you to cancel your subscription at any given moment
  • By making a request from inside your Bill.com account, admins or users with Manage Company capabilities on the account can terminate your Bill.com account.
  • If you’re leaving Bill.com behind because of a problem with the service or your account, they’d appreciate the chance to resolve any issues you’re having. 
  • If you wish to totally shut down your Bill.com account, make a backup of your data beforehand.
  • Your billing will continue for the duration of your contract, even if you cancel or downgrade your paid subscription status.

Go to Settings.

Select "Billing"

Select Billing from the drop-down menu under Your Account With Us.

Request Form

If you are an Account Administrator and cannot see Billing, please utilize the Cancelation Request Form to initiate a cancelation.

Cancel

At the bottom of the page, where it says “I want to cancel my service,” select cancel.

Provide Reason

Choose a reason for your cancelation and offer any further comments or suggestions and then click on confirm.
