We are looking for a talented Integrations Specialist to join our team and be part of our efforts to become one of the top global Fintech brands in the world. As an Integrations Specialist at Mesh, you will work closely with members of Customer Success, Product Management, Sales, QA, Engineering, and Operations teams on integrating Customers’ Business Systems (ERP, HRIS, and SSO) with the Mesh Platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering a great customer experience to our users and is well-versed in handling technical delivery.
What will you do?
- Work closely with our customers to ensure they are onboarded successfully with their ERP integrations and are on track to having a positive experience with the Mesh spend management platform.
- Demonstrate and train the customer’s team members on new product features and how to successfully position those features for maximum impact.
- Support the sales team with demos that are specific to the prospect’s needs, goals and unique scenarios.
- Understand the customer’s business needs and challenges and how to set up their Mesh Integrations to accomplish their goals.
- Work with Cross departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure quality service to Mesh customers.
- Record the customer’s product feedback and provide that feedback to our internal team.
- Act as the technical manager for helping existing accounts with questions or problems, work with internal technical resources to reflect on the problem and make sure a resolution from a technical perspective is provided.
What Should You Have?
- At least 3 years of proven experience working as a Technical Account Manager, Implementation Manager, or Integrations Specialist, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems such as NetSuite, Priority, QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero
- Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise verbal and written skills.
- Strong people skills, planning ability, attention to detail, and multitasking.
- Understanding of Accounting concepts- an advantage
- Previous experience with full-cycle implementations- an advantage
