THE ROLE
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, AI-native Account Executive to own our startup segment in Israel.
You’ll own the full sales cycle – from first touch to signed contract – while also building and managing our partner ecosystem in Israel. You’ll be part of a sales team that genuinely reflects what a state-of-the-art sales org looks like: sharp, fast, and AI-powered from day one.
You’ll work with a full GTM stack built to give AEs real leverage – Clay, Alta, Apollo, Scratchpad, Usergems, and more – with Claude and other AI engines driving how you manage your day, not just your prospecting. Demo prep, account research, follow-ups, deal summaries – every process starts with AI.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
→ Own the full sales cycle for startups (up to 150 employees)
Prospect, qualify, demo, and close. Managing the process end-to-end – from outbound to signed.
→ Build and manage partner relationships in Israel
Nurture existing partnerships, develop new ones, and define a clear partner strategy that generates a real pipeline.
→ Lead commercial discussions with high-spend startup clients
Negotiate pricing, manage ongoing relationships, and drive retention and growth.
→ Handle inbound and outbound in parallel
Qualify leads, run demos, and pursue individual and team quarterly goals – without dropping the ball on self-sourcing.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must-haves:
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role – sales, account management, or business development
• SaaS B2B experience – you know the motion
• Fluent Hebrew + strong English – you switch between them without thinking
• Based in Tel Aviv, in-office 4+ days/week – we build culture in person
• A genuine AI-first mindset – not just for prospecting, but for how you structure and manage your entire day
You’ll stand out if you also have:
• Real roots in the Israeli startup ecosystem
• Experience building your own outbound pipeline from scratch
• Background in partner or channel management
• A storyteller’s instinct – your demos feel like conversations, not slideshows
• Ability to manage many parallel processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
