What Happens to Your Account When You Close It

When you cancel your subscription you will be downgraded to the basic (free) version of Mesitertask. This will happen at the end of your next license period.

Click the top-right profile icon and then click “account”.

On the left side menu click “plans” and then on the plans page, click “close account”.

Step 4

Select the reasons for closing the account, check the checkbox, and then click “Close account”.

Step 5

A notification will pop up saying that once you close an account, you lose your information. Click “ok”.
