There’s still a lot of surface area left to make invisible, and that’s exactly the opportunity: we’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help decide what goes invisible next, not just execute a roadmap someone else already wrote.
That’s the kind of 0→1 ownership you’d normally only get by starting something of your own – here, it comes with a live platform, real customers, and a team already in place. Roles like this don’t come around often.
What You’ll Own
- Own a product area end-to-end – from discovery and strategy through launch and measurable results – partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams along the way.
- Push past “add AI” as a checkbox – the real question is whether a workflow goes invisible: work the customer used to think about, and now doesn’t.
- Prototype and automate with AI coding tools as part of your daily work – often the fastest way to validate an idea or ship a fix without waiting in an engineering queue.
- Work directly with customers to uncover real needs, and turn complex, ambiguous financial workflows into scalable, intuitive products.
- Partner closely with Product Design and make thoughtful trade-offs across customer value, business impact, UX, and technical complexity.
What You’ll Bring
- 5-8 years of product management experience, with a track record of end-to-end ownership and measurable business outcomes, not just features – must.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features end-to-end, and a track record of using AI coding tools daily – Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar – to automate your own work and ship something real yourself – must.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal – must.
- Strong product sense and a meticulous eye for UX, with the ability to find clarity in ambiguity and partner closely with Design and Engineering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with high ownership and judgment built for a fast-moving environment.
