Upload Photo Receipts

Users are now able to snap photos of receipts directly from the app, eliminating any additional steps. This ensures that the necessary information is submitted in a timely manner (i.e. before the paper receipt is lost) and is securely stored for future use by the finance department.

Photo receipts also save your finance department time by collecting receipts and automatically matching them. Our OCR technology scans photo receipts for information and automatically pairs receipts with the correct transactions, saving you hours when it comes to monthly close.

Manage Cards

Whether you’re using a virtual card or a physical Plug & Pay™ card, the Mesh app lets you have total control. Virtual cards can be created, suspended, and edited in the app, while Plug & Pay™ cards can also be plugged into any virtual card right from the palm of your hand.

Virtual cards ensure that all purchases are secure, properly accounted for and categorized. Plug & Pay™ cards offer the same benefits, with the added convenience of having a physical card to use on-the-go when traveling or making work-related purchases in-store.

Monitor Spend in Real Time
