Itineraries will be updated, even if changes made are not part of an automated workflow. This ensures that the right information appears in the right places and relevant travel budgets are calculated correctly.
OBT search results now contain additional information, displaying airline fees for changes and cancellations. This gives users instant insight to overall costs.
Employees now receive a daily update of their expenses, including their approved expenses, declined expenses, and expenses with missing items. Employees are automatically subscribed, but can toggle push notifications from their user profiles.
Save time and make uploading multiple expenses easy with the ability to bulk upload expenses via .csv file. Bulk expenses will be uploaded as incomplete and will require a spend category, receipt and memo to be added based on your company’s policy settings.
If an expense has been declined by an approver, the employee can easily see the reason for the decline, but can now also choose to resubmit the expense. When expenses are resubmitted, they are flagged as such and linked to the “parent expense” (the declined expense). This saves employees time, as declined expenses don’t need to be submitted again from scratch.
We’ve updated the flight search results page, making it simpler to compare and select flights when using an OBT. Options can now be grouped by cabin class (economy basic, economy standard, premium economy, and business class), with clear details on refund-ability, baggage, and policies to ensure you’re selecting the best flights for your employees.
Travelers are now able to see travel-related documents (e.g., flight tickets or hotel vouchers). Agents can send the travel documents to the company inbox and travelers will be able to see them on the documents tab and attach them to their trip.
Support finance teams in reviewing trip expenses with automatically closing trips after 60 days. Trips will be closed even if data (e.g., receipts) is missing, though travelers will be given multiple prompts to submit missing information. Note that travelers can close the trip before the 60 days and admins can open closed trips in case travelers need to make any changes.
Mesh users can view and filter payments pages according to custom fields, making it easier to locate specific payments information.
Users now have the option to add a memo box with the names of multiple attendees. The ‘multiple attendees’ function needs to be enabled for the relevant spend category to be selected. This keeps your records up-to-date with the number and name of participants for expenses like business lunches.
Onboarding new employees just got easier. You can now toggle the option to invite employees automatically—sending new employees invites directly through your HRIS.
Mesh allows users to modify information within the current page/view, eliminating the need to navigate to a separate screen. The ‘Transactions’ page lets users add or update memos, and select or modify spend categories and custom fields.

It is now possible to configure reimbursements so that they will only be associated with new budget requests and not from existing budgets. Additionally, users can configure auto-approvals for reimbursements associated with existing budgets.
We made a host of improvements to our web and mobile UIs, and also implemented changes to the UI of the Requests page. These changes have been made to simplify the user experience and make it easier for users to navigate the UI and locate frequently used features.
We are in the process of rolling out several improvements and changes to our UI that put budget management in the focus of the user experience. This means that instead of virtual cards being the main building block of Mesh, budgets will take on that role.

On the 27th of each month, all Admins will receive a notification with a list of all cards that are
about to expire during the next month. A new End Date filter was also added to the Card page
