Multiple Improvements to Travel Requests

We’re rolling out multiple improvements to the Travel Requests process: the traveler name has
been added to the Travel Requests page; and pending travel requests will now trigger the
counters on the main menu. Additionally, the behavior of the Approving Manager field in the
travel request now matches the one in the regular card request flow.
