When you close your Zendesk account or cancel one or more products in one account, the Support Suite pricing will no longer be valid. Similarly, if you delete Support or Chat, you can cancel your Zendesk account because these are Tier 1 products, which serve as the foundation for the other products.

Log in to Zendesk
Click on the Zendesk product icon, the four-square icon in the top bar, then select the “Admin Center” option.
Select the billing icon, then “Subscription,” to see which plan you are currently enrolled in.
To access the basic subscriptions, select the “Basic Subscriptions” option.
Select “Manage” to access the basic subscriptions and then “Delete products or Cancel account.” This option is available at the bottom of the page.
If your account is old, click on the “Cancellations” option at the bottom of the page.
Select “Delete” and click on all the products you wish to cancel.
Choose the “Continue” option when you select all the products you wish to cancel.
Indicate the reason for cancelation, and click “Confirm cancellations” to finish
