Steps to Take Before Cancelling

If you want to stop your subscription but still keep all of your data, you can downgrade to a free account, rather than canceling your account. Additionally, if you are a Team or Company account owner and you delete your account, it will delete the entire Team or Company account.

What Happens to Your Account When You Close It

After deleting your Zapier account, your account will be permanently deleted. This can not be undone.

Go to the top right of the page and click your profile icon, and the click the “settings” button.

On the left side menu, click “advanced” and then click “delete my account”.

Step 4

Click “confirm its you”.

Step 5

Then login to your account to confirm that it’s you.

Step 6

Then click “delete my account”, and fill out your email and type in “delete”.

Step 7

After this, click “delete permanently”.
