About Google G Suite

G Suite is the Google-developed business, management, collaboration, and education software suite. Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar, Google+, Sites, Hangouts, and Keep are the main G Suite tools that are generally used by people.

G Suite is an important tool for companies of all sizes. Collaboration, organization, productivity, marketing, and sales are all supported by this digital pocket knife.

Some of the key features of G Suite include:

  • Data protection capabilities in the cloud
  • Spam and malware categorization in email delivery audit
  • Simple collaboration and sharing facilities
  • Ability to store and manage large amounts of data from any location

Steps to Take Before Cancelling

When you cancel your subscription, Google begins removing all G Suite data 51 days later.

So, before you cancel your subscription to G Suite’s services, keep these things in mind:

  • After you cancel your membership, G Suite may send you an email asking you to set up billing. You don’t have to do anything, and Google will not charge you.
  • Your domain cannot be used with another G Suite account.
  • To utilize your domain with another G Suite account, you must first cancel your custom email subscription with G Suite, then cancel your subscriptions and deactivate your organization’s Google account.
  • If you cancel your membership, you will be invoiced for any outstanding costs at the beginning of the next month.
  • Download each and every user data you wish to keep before canceling your G Suite account.
  • G Suite cancelation does not affect user accounts, groups, or organizational structure. Unless you remove your organization’s Google account, these items will remain.

What Happens to Your Account When You Close It

Your Google+ records are destroyed when you discontinue your G Suite membership. When you resubscribe to an educational or nonprofit group’s membership, your organization’s Google + content may be available. Otherwise, generally, when you resubscribe, your organization’s Google+ data remains unavailable.

The storage capacity of your users will be restricted to 15 GB. Additional storage that users purchase is no longer available. After you cancel, you can view the data on shared drives, but you can’t alter, transfer, or remove it.
