Integration Specialist

Join us as an Integration Specialist and help customers bring their HRIS/ERP data to life inside our product. You’ll work hands-on with clients, learn how real integrations are built, and become a key part of making onboarding smooth and magical for every new customer.

In this position, you will work closely with members of Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams on integrating customers’ ERP and HRIS Systems with the Mesh Platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering great customer experience to our users and is passionate about technical systems and problem solving.

What will you do?

Work closely with our customers to ensure they are onboarded successfully with their integrations and are on track to having a positive experience with the Mesh spend management platform.
Demonstrate and train the customer’s team members on new product features and how to successfully position those features for maximum impact.
Understand the customer’s business needs and challenges and find the best way to set up their integrations to accomplish their goals.
Work with cross departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure quality service to Mesh customers.
Collect our customers’ product feedback and provide that feedback to internal teams.
Act as the technical manager for helping existing accounts with questions or problems surrounding new or existing integration.
