Welcome to Mesh’s Capital Advance information page! Here you will learn everything you need to know to start using your Capital Advance, from the initial activation to how the repayment process works.

Please take a moment to review this step-by-step guide to ensure you get the most out of Mesh’s Capital Advance services.

Step 01.

Activate your Capital Advance by connecting your bank account to Mesh

To start using your Capital Advance please link your bank account (ACH) to your Mesh account via Plaid*. The accompanying video provides a simple, step-by-step guide to help you through this process.

*If you’re unable to connect via Plaid, please reach out to your CSM.

Step 02.

Capital Advance amount due notification

At the beginning of each month you will receive a notification email stating the amount due from the previous month. Watch the video to learn what these amount due notification emails look like and some other helpful tips.

Step 03.

Submitting your payment

To guarantee timely payment, we recommend initiating your payment at least three business days before the due date to accommodate processing time. Please watch the following video to learn how to submit your Capital Advance payment.

Kindly note that customers are responsible for any transaction-related fees that may apply.

Please ensure timely payment, allowing for processing before the due date, to avoid penalties or account suspension.

For your convenience, we will send reminders of the upcoming payments deadline a few days in advance.
